We use a variety of delivery companies to get your order to you fast!

All orders over £20 receive FREE delivery with same day dispatch if placed before 2pm (excludes weekends).

If your order is less than 1kg in weight then 99% of the time we will use Royal Mail  to deliver your order, which can usually take 1-3 days depending on the time of year and your location from us but please be aware this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

If you select Express Delivery, it will be sent by FedEx on a next working day delivery service for orders placed before 12 noon. FedEx do not deliver on weekends and any order placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be sent on Monday to be with you Tuesday.

If you require a tracking number for an order placed that you feel should have been delivered please email us through our “Contact Us” page with the following info.

• Your full name
• Your full delivery address
• The item/s ordered and when you ordered them
• Your daytime telephone number (just in case we need to contact you with an update)

Without this information it makes it very hard for us to answer your query and could delay our response to you.

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 2pm (12 noon for FedEx) for all items in stock which is currently at 99.4% stock holding.

*Excludes Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands. In these cases we will use an alternative courier and cannot offer a next day service. We would advise NOT SELECTING express delivery if you live in these locations.
